Flexxon releases highly integrated eMMC NAND flash solutions for industrial applications

Flexxon highly integrated eMMC NAND flash solutions are available in industry standard 153 and 169 FBGA Packages. Flexxon also offers custom options on eMMC as well as for the rest of their product line.

The eMMC "NAND Flash solution is a hybrid component that combines the embedded flash controller and standard MLC/ pSLC NAND flash memory following standard eMMC 4.5 or eMMC 5.0. Flexxon uses leading manufacturers for the NAND flash controllers along with flash chips in MLC and pSLC technologies. Their eMMC products are in 11.5 x 13 x 1.0 mm, 12 x 16 x 1.0 / 1.2 mm and 14 x 18x 1.2 / 1.4 mm sizes in industry standard 153 and 169 BGA packages. Available densities range from 4GB-64GB in eMMC 4.5 and 8GB-64GB in eMMC 5.0.

These eMMCs products are targeted at industrial applications such as POS systems, Kiosks, GPS navigation, Telematics, Fish Finders as well as Hand-held Equipment."
